Thank you for your interest in our farm building designs. We have been designing and constructing Post and Beam barns, stables and arenas in New England and through out the country for the past 42 years.

Our barn designs are based on the philosophy that a building should be pleasing to the eye, functional and should enhance as well as blend with its surroundings. Further, that the materials used in the construction should be capable of standing the test of time, from both a usage and appearance stand point.

We work to meet these goals by providing our clients personalized planning and design assistance to develop facilities which are both labor efficient and economical to maintain. Hopefully, at the optimum investment to meet budget constraints.

  1. We design the needed facilities and prepare plans and specifications for financial planning and subsequent construction pricing.

  2. We provide administrative and construction management to assist or represent the client in the construction phase of the project.

  3. We provide total design and contractual agreements to manage projects from the conceptual stage through construction completion, acting as a representative of the owner. This service includes the total site development, coordination, building construction and equipment installation, ready for occupancy.
